Residential Behavioral Health & Recovery
A trauma-informed residential program providing mental health, substance use, and Medication-Assisted Treatment in a safe, supportive environment.
Compassion. Structure. Healing.
β Our Guiding Philosophy
About Us
Empathy Wellness is a residential behavioral health program built on the belief that recovery requires more than short-term stabilization. We provide structured, compassionate care for adults navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Who We Serve
Our residential program provides 24-hour support, structure, and clinical oversight for individuals who need a higher level of care.
Comprehensive care for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health conditions requiring structured residential support.
Evidence-based treatment for opioid, alcohol, and other substance use disorders, including integrated MAT when clinically appropriate.
Dual-diagnosis treatment addressing both mental health and substance use conditions simultaneously for more effective, lasting recovery.
Trauma-informed, evidence-based care for individuals dealing with trauma histories, PTSD, and chronic stress affecting daily functioning.
Support for individuals with repeated treatment attempts or high relapse risk who benefit from a structured residential environment and higher care intensity.
Military-informed, trauma-responsive care specifically designed for veterans navigating PTSD, substance use, depression, and reintegration challenges.
Clinical & Holistic Services
Treatment plans are individualized, evidence-based, and regularly reviewed to support long-term recovery β not just short-term stabilization.
Clients participate in regular one-on-one therapy with licensed clinicians alongside clinically facilitated group sessions that support peer connection, accountability, and shared healing.
Our MAT program is an integrated, evidence-based approach for individuals with opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders. MAT is always provided as part of a whole-person treatment plan β never standalone.
Psychiatric medication management provided by qualified medical providers to support mental health stabilization and recovery, with close collaboration across the full treatment team.
Holistic services support emotional regulation, physical wellness, stress reduction, and healthy coping skills β complementing clinical care with whole-person healing practices.
MAT Program
MAT is not a replacement for recovery β it is a support for it. When combined with therapy, structure, and community, MAT significantly improves outcomes and reduces relapse and overdose risk.
Biopsychosocial and psychiatric evaluation including substance use history, medical history, and risk assessment for withdrawal, relapse, and overdose.
MAT is integrated into a personalized treatment plan with therapy, group programming, and recovery-focused activities. Participation in therapy is required.
Licensed medical providers supervise ongoing medication monitoring, dose adjustments, and regular case reviews to assess progress and treatment effectiveness.
Discharge planning begins at admission, with referrals to outpatient MAT providers and connection to community resources to prevent treatment gaps.
MAT is provided in accordance with clinical best practices, state regulations, and federal guidelines β always alongside trauma-informed, person-centered care.
Specialized Veterans Program
PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, moral injury, and reintegration challenges addressed by clinicians trained in military culture.
Peer-based groups exclusively for veterans providing a safe space to connect with others who understand military experience.
Trauma-informed MAT assessments and medication management tailored to service-related conditions, coordinated with full treatment programming.
Yoga, meditation, fitness, and grounding techniques adapted for trauma, hypervigilance, and chronic stress from service.
Programming to rebuild structure, purpose, and goals following military service, including life-skills development and connection to veteran resources.
Veterans experience unique service-related stressors β trauma exposure, chronic pain, substance use, and difficulty transitioning to civilian life. Our veteran-focused services are trauma-informed and built with deep respect for military culture and experience.
From PTSD and depression to opioid use disorder and reintegration challenges, we provide comprehensive, whole-person care in a residential setting that offers the structure and intensity veterans often need.
